Skirt is a traditional full party skirt with underskirts and netted ruffle. Entire skirt features delicate French Eyelet Embroidery with scallop and cutork detail at hemline. Very lovely, lacey detail along hemline with cutwork and embroidery. Zips up the back and ties in a big bow.
