Please understand we wear many hats as The Briar Patch is a large storefront boutique. Emailing questions on order status, immediate availability, and measurements or color is most effective for us. Of course, we will answer our toll free line whenever possible outside these posted hours. But please do not be perturbed if we cannot assist you by phone on Saturday and Sunday or during the last open hours each day. Saturdays are typically reserved for special appointments (usually bridal and party dress fittings). While we may be at the shop, our attention is devoted to our clients with appointments. If you need to contact us on Saturday or after-hours, PLEASE DO!!! Send an email to brpatch@sbcglobal.net. We will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours, usually much more quickly. If you do not receive a response, there is a problem, please try again.
