TEA LENGTH MEASUREMENT CHART I
*Please note length is measured from mid shoulder to hemline of dress. Measurements are of the dress, on hanger or flat on surface (consider "wiggle" room for the child). A tea length hemline should fall at the leg about mid-calf; anywhere from one-half to two-thirds the distance between the bottom of the knee cap and the top of the ankle bone.
