A shimmery sweet treat of a dress with layered skirt and fancy pick-up tufts accented with pastel roses. The skirt is colored by an underskirt of brighter pastel over which is another underskirt of white with petticoat ruffle and an overlay of white shimmer organza. At the waist is a four inch ruffle waistband with a satin accent ribbon running through the middle. A pretty trio of coordinating roses on accessory pins also accents the waist. The bodice is a soft satin that is lined and zips up the back. The dress at back with a shimmer organza bow in the same color as the outermost overskirt. This dress is intended to be three-quarter length.
