A most perfect birthday dress made of the sweetest confections available to dress-makers in fairytales. This pink dream dress has a soft satin bodice with an intricate applique of a tiered birthday cake. Satin numbers and shapes "snap" onto the cake and can be removed and replaced as desired (a pack of numbers and shapes is included with each dress). Dress zips up the back and ties into a beautiful sheer bow. The fluffy skirt has a sheer pink organza overlay that is embroidered in scrollwork to resemble the most elegant frosting artistry de pastry. Several underskirts and petticoat ruffle add fullness.
